The warned hearing began at 7:00.

Steve reported that Rick Iffland was not happy with the reenactment horse mess that was left on the Green.
The Orders and monthly budget comparison were distributed for examination and signatures. Steve stated he had borrowed the money from the Reappraisal fund and paid the Education bill. Additionally, that he had gone up to the firehouse to see if the work was completed and it was so he paid the final McKernon bill.
Discussion followed on the proposed fire district. Tom asked Steve to ask Cindy Hill about what if the fire district does a bond and goes belly-up, is the town on the hook for the debts?
Colleen stated she was tired of hearing rumors about the Cook property and that she is opposed to changing the zoning.
Shannon said that they were only trying to engage people to have more community. That’s why they sent out the survey. Discussion followed on the Cook property and Subhub.
