Met at 1:00 PM.  Began the inspection of the buildings at 1:15 and where the surveyor placed the stakes.  Ended the tour of the buildings and went into the clerk’s office at 1:55.  Brent left.

Tom stated that at a meeting with Harvey earlier that Tom was thinking in the $30,000.00 to $40,000.00 price-range ballpark but Harvey stated he was thinking more in the 50,000.00 to 60,000.00 range for the proposed acre. That’s a starting point anyway, Tom said.  Discussion on the buildings continued.

Shelly displayed the proposed layout on her laptop.  She emailed to Steve to print. Shelly stated that they could do a boundary adjustment with the Cook house property to include the buildings we just inspected so the Sudbury Community Club would own them; and that, maybe Harvey Blake would donate a strip of land next to the driveway but at least thirty feet away from the buildings to meet the setback requirement.  Shelly is going to do some more research about setback distances.

Next the driveway was discussed.  Shelly proposed the driveway being owned by the town.  Shelly was pointing things out on her laptop display.   Where parking would be can be worked out later she said.

Discussion on the overall Cook property followed.  Shelly said there’s never going to be low-income housing out there.  If anything is developed it will be market-rate housing.
